In this vlog I’m continuing from my blog post, Hacking the Anger Struggle Part 1.
Where does explosive anger and rage start? What I found in my process of writing, self investigation and working with this pattern, is that it starts with small moments in which I would experience the emotion of Powerlessness within specific scenarios — both alone and with other people. So here I’m sharing how I started changing my relationship to those small moments of powerlessness — seeing obstacles, limitations and challenges as opportunities to learn, develop, and strengthen my weaknesses rather than as my enemy.
